Help pop up emoticons

I have set my pop up blocker to allow em from this site.
but...... it keeps kicking em out from here when i try to open them up
any words of wisdom???

hold down the shift key when clicking the link - that is an override key. If shift doesnt work, try the ctrl key.

ever since our NEW server migration its been a toss up on what works
