HELP!

Greetings all. My EX threw a code today that goes beyond the numbers my book has. It's a P1316 and it feels like it's running on only 6 or 7 cylinders. Chugging. Does anyone know what this is?

Code P1316 Injector circuit and or IDM.

Probably a under valve cover harness has went bad or just came loose.

P1316 INDICATES THAT CODES ARE STORED IN THE IDM

l Possible causes:

-- Injector(s) or circuit(s)

-- Open or shorted IDM enable circuit

-- Open/short in EF circuit

-- Open/short in FDCS circuit

-- IDM relay

-- IDM powering circuits

-- IDM

-- PCM
