Our Excurison lasted 54k until it decided it was not longer part of this world. It had never pulled a trailer at the time.
My 2000 pu has 188k on it right now, and it pulls a 8500 lb. trailer 90% of the time.

Factory one crapped at about 165K of towing a 8K trailer.

Now have about 115K on my BTS.

107000 and I thought it was starting to go because I had a lot of flaring between 3 and 4, but after I got rid of the superchip, I realized it was the chip doing it. When I return it to stock, I can put it to the floor and it will shift right through every gear with no problem. Now that I have the predator, it shifts a whole lot better and I cant say that I've really hammered it to see if it slips but........I will tomorrow just to let you know!:sly

I have had a similar experience.

Mine also improved significantly after I installed the Sonnax/Tricumulator. I wonder how often a new kit should be put in?

I think the sonnax tricumulator kit is a permanent fixture but the fluid/filter needs to be changed every 25-30k if running dino fluid. Changed yours lately T?

I have 63,600 on my 2002 F350 my stock 4R100. So far so good, however I have had the trans flush/filter changed prior to every 30,000 miles. I have thought about synthetic fluid but the trans shop I deal with stated it would be a good choice if I tow/pull alot, which I don't.
