the ipr is on the drivers side of the hpop! it`s between the fuel bowl and the oil resevoir, you need to remove the fuel bowl for easy access then unplug the ipr then you need a 3/4 wrench after you take the small copper nut off slide of the magnet then use a 1 1/8 wrench! hope that helps

I'll post answers to all of your HPOP (I guess that is what you are talking about with a HVOP) in this thread instead of all of the others.

you will need to obtain 5-800PSI according to the ICP before the truck will start to fire the only way to do this is by getting oil into the HPOP and rails and most of the air out because air does not compress very well. I found that directly filling the HPOP reservoir with oil will help in getting the rails full quicker since you are not relying on the engine pump to get all of the oil up there and this reduces the amount of air pulled in by the HPOP.

I have read of people insisting that cracking one of the front oil rail plugs helps drain air out too but I have not ever needed to do this on my truck.

To tell if your IPR Is good or bad when you pull it out and get all of the oil out you should rattle if you shake it. othewise your best check is to use a scan tool.
