ICP (wtf,wtf#2)

Ok guys the code i am getting is P1280 Inject,control pressure circuit out of rang Low.
So i pulled the plug out of the ICP and there was oil in the Sensor, is that right ??????if so my problem is a whole lot bigger, thanks for your input Bigdog

Sometimesd the sensor will leak oil and cause this code.i replaced 2 last week for the same thing.after you replace the sensor ,you need to have a scanner hooked up to see what the actual icp pressure is.

when i check the icp sensor reading with my scanner with the key on engine off the voltage read .00 volts with the oil leaking icp sensor.when i wash the connector off with break clean and blew it off with shop air and installed a new icp sensor the voltage read .15 volts.thought id just throw that out there

It is a 2002 7.3 L , Mate
