In search of the new SuperDuty...

Hello fellow SuperDuty'ers

Just joined here today, but have been a member of some of the other forums for 10+ years now.

Currently, I'm SuperDuty-less

But I'm on the 'search' for my next. Problem I'm finding these days is that there aren't that many out there (at least locally) at this time. Most seem to be all '09's and the large majority seem to be gas as well.

So at this point, I'm debating 'do I just wait for the '10 model year to come out' or try and find an '09.

Thing is, with the couple of '09's I've found, the dealers are pricing them like they are Golden '10 models...

Prefer:

-Super Cab
-Short Bed
-20" wheels
-Captians Chairs
-Cloth or Leather (Black)
-Would like Diesel, but might be ok with 5.4 or 6.8 Gas
-Silver, Blue, White, Red
-Reverse Camera
-Cab Lights
-Snow Plow package
-Locking Diff

sbrennan007. The '10 models will have a new FORD Diesel engine and I would wait a year before I bought one. This will give Ford time to work most of the bugs out of the new engine. Good Luck in your hunt...

Welcome aboard, sbrennan007. I thought the new engine was coming out in 2010 on the 2011 models. Maybe you could get a good deal on a 6.4 before they're gone.
