Dennis is right, you need to have a scan tool that reads Ford diesels to find out what it going on. I have an Autoenginuity scan tool that uses my Windows Laptop. I can fully understand the above stated concerns.

FWIW: Bean's flow bench checks all reman'd injectors they build and offer a 180 day warranty.

I've done a lot of business with him, stock turbo rebuld kit, later on a D66 turbo, set of single shots injectors and a chip w/single shot tunes. I have never found him to be anything other than a stand-up guy.
I wouldn't recommend Beans if I had any so much as "iffy" experiences with him.

Just to be clear, I'm not picking on Bean's in particular, just rebuild shops in general. You get what you pay for
