Update
Got back from the first 5r tow, with the new injectors & tunes.
As compared to before the upgrade, my 7.3 has better throttle response than before. The route we traveled has 3 6% grades, one of which.. has a 1 mile 7% pull on the way home. Pulled all the grades, with more ease, and a bit less EGT's and boost. More throttle left.. if I needed it.
I'm Real satisfied with the Single Shot upgrade*.

* I made this run with the Stock CPS.. I'm going to put the DT466 back in and try IT.. next.
I personally think , (just me) the 466 is better when towing ?
