Instructions Replace Fan With Electric

Does anyone have pretty detailed instructions on how to replace the factory fan with an electric fan, including the following points?

-How to remove the stock fan (hopefully so it can be replaced should I get into some heavy hauling in the future)
-Tips on installing the used fan I get from the junk yard
-Pictures of the electrical connections to make on my truck so the electric fan will come on at the desired time:
-when the A/C comes on
-or when the coolant reaches a certain temperature
-when I flip a switch in the cab
