i have a 97 f350 psd, and i would like to know just how much modification it takes just to fit a 6.0 intercooler in the truck? it just doesnt look like there is enough room infront of the radiator.
Intercooler or Water/Methanol injection?

To ward and others who want to add an intercooler...
What I did is bought the intake and outlet tube from banks (320 shipped), then am having Fordpowrstroke73 bend me pipes. Then all you need is an intercooler (you can get them off ebay for about 100-150 when they are up), boots and clamps.
He is gunna bend them soon, and I will let you all know how it goes! But I think it should be good. I would contact him if you are interested in this idea.

Got my stock '99 aluminum InterCooler today.I'm still in the process of collecting parts to put 'er in though. My truck runs 1200 degrees pulling my toybox uphill full of crap.
