I've got one somewhere, I kid you not, it says in HUGE BOLD letters:
WARNING: THIS SIGN HAS SHARP EDGES, DO NOT TOUCH THE EDGES OF THIS SIGN!!!
Which is so funny in itself, because if the sign wasn't there, you wouldn't need it to warn people that it's edges were sharp. But the FUNNIEST part of the whole bloody mess was that there was a smaller sign under it on the same pole, with tiny, almost illegiable letters that read:
"Oh, and the bridge is out ahead"
I am all but sure that it was a small-town manager's way of making a point about some stupid issue that had come up. It was really quite funny.
