Is this going to benefit my engine at all?
Fuel Rail Crossover System Regulated Return

I have the Air Dog DF-165 system that is supposed to eliminate air in the fuel already.

I've never seen that setup before, but, to me, it appears to be a smaller version of the regulated return system, like this.

While the Airdog removes the air from the fuel, this will also allow for fuel to be returned to the regulator. The 7.3 has a firing order of 1,3,5,7 on the right bank. 2,4,6,8 on the left. Firing order is 1-2-7-3-4-5-6-8. This some what starves the number 8 cylinder. Allowing the fuel to continually flow and return to the system will keep more fuel available for the number 8 cylinder.
