2001 F350 7.3, Banks exhaust and exhaust brake system are the only upgrades, 65K miles, used mostly to pull 20' goose-neck camper/stock trailer. no issues no complaints about this truck except the banks brake system..
Lots of info here, hope it is better than the duramac page that I hear some much about from a couple of duramac lovers, from what I see it is, but they will disagree. Look forward to reading about all the issues people are having and the help they get.
