I have a squeak. What can I do? :cussing:
Have you tried some lithium grease on the bushings to bar contact area?

Double check the torque at 35lbs at the bar and 85lbs at the stabilizer bar link.

Do I have to remove to apply the grease or Syl-glide?

As far as applying the Syl-Glide you don't have to remove them. The aerosol spray will work its way inside. I have Energy Suspension polyurethane sway bar bushings and they came with a tube of silicone grease for the preliminary install. Periodically I spray them as well as the rest of the bushings on my truck.

Excellent suggestion on the spray :sweet

I couldn't find anything in the service manual for grease, spray, etc when installing the new bushings.
