I've got an annoying problem on my wife's excursion that I'm trying to diagnose. If you push either the lock, or the unlock button on the keychain remote the doors lock. The keypad on the door however works just fine. It's a 2002 Excursion limited and this is the factory keyless system. Does anyone have an idea where to start troubleshooting this one?
