Thinking about the 2 1/2 inch lift kit for the new truck. Will this have an adverse affect on the drive line, especially since I pull a 5th Wheel Camper (Carriage 35 CKQ)?

Thanks for your feedback and advice.

2 1/2 inch lift is considered minimal and will not affect your drive line angles or towing. Go for it.

Are you going to get bigger tires? If so, my Uncle put a 2" leveling kit on his 05 cummins and put 35s on it and he had to flip the axles on his 5er. No big deal. I'd say go for it.

Thanks folks. My Truck is a '08 SD HD with the 20" 285s so I think I'll keep these tires for now. Little Woman already wondering why I need to lift the truck--told her I'd git back to her when I come up with a good answer (for her).

I see her going shopping soon!
