Lift question

I found a pretty good deal on a 4" lift kit for a 2001 F-350. It comes with "everything" needed, plus a set of descent 36" tires on aftermarket wheels.

I want to put this on my 1999 F-250, I am told that most companies used the same kits from 1999-2004 F-250 & F-350. Im not sure of the brand lift yet, the guy is supposed to get back to me...

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!!!!!

P.S. the truck was not wrecked it is being returned to stock for some type of work purposes.

Did the lift kit come off of a truck with either a diesel or a V10? Most lift kit companies use different front leaf springs in the kits for diesel/V10 and V8 trucks due to the weight of the engines...

Very strong point, look into that, or else you could have major troubles down the road...literally
