I do not build any boost running 70 mph. at low speeds I build very little boost when in the throttle heavy. Could this be a bad seal on the up pipes? I'm going to install a larger compressor wheel and ported housing soon I will definitely inspect everything then just wanted input on weather or not to order up pipes before hand. I believe they are currently factory.

Could be up-pipes, any soot around that area(s) ?
Could be intercooler boots, or turbo to the intake plenums maybe too ?
If all the above are OEM, @ 135K and 16 years... and you're going to do those up-grades.. might think about R&R'n them all ?????

I R & R my intake and cooler boots as well as two cooler tubes. All good now. I know mine is not a 7.3, but time goes fast!
