I was getting 40 degree air today at 92 ambiant.

Last year I was getting 39 degree air at 98 ambiant.

Try this link to Arctic Freeze Refrigerant R-134a+. I used this on my 94 Mustang GT and I see vent discharge temps as low as 42 degrees.
