Digital Satellite FTA receivers are grand things. I have three. I like to watch things like the Apple closed circuit broadcasts, Times Square at New Years without listening to Bryan Seacrest, network backhauls, NASA, Chinese TV, heck, I'll watch anything when I'm bored.

fwiw- yeah, it sucks. i agree. but now you know how us local blackhawks fans feel! for 41 years, old man wirtz never allowed home games on tv because he felt it would lower home game attendance. now that the old man died, his kid is going to televise the games- on cable. so its a hollow victory for some if us.

Lucky for you the blackhawks sucked for the last 41 years.

I guess now that they are on TV they play better because the wings can't seem to beat them now. I guess it is because they have all our throw aways, Robert Lang, Jason Williams, Marty Lapointe.

Most sports networks are crap, and want everybody to pay. Just like the bigten network.

As of this post, no D66 yet, but it is still a little soon. I'm hoping to get a phone call or e-mail today from Bean's with a UPS tracking number.

But I did get my new snowblower with help from the next door neighbor. I'm going to start going over the intruction booklet shortly.





My wife is talking about us finding a bar that'll have the game. But I can't stand cigarette smoke. I used to have asthma when I was little, but out grew it as I got older. But I am still rather touchy about having to breath the stuff, so I'm not real fond of the sports bar idea.
