XM BECOMES NEW SATELLITE RADIO HOME TO “THE MIDNIGHT TRUCKING RADIO
NETWORK”

Popular Program Joins XM Radio’s 24/7 Home to The Kings of The Open Road

WASHINGTON, DC and DALLAS — October 1, 2007 — XM announced today it is
now the satellite radio home to the Midnight Trucking Radio Network. Hosted
by Eric Harley and Gary McNamara, the popular program featuring news and
entertainment for truckers can be heard from 1-6a.m. ET seven days a week on
XM’s Open Road channel (XM 171), beginning October 8.

Open Road is XM’s 24/7 full-service truckers’ channel, offering live and
original programming that can be heard coast-to-coast, nationwide.

Katie Award Winning hosts Eric Harley and Gary McNamara carry on a 38-year
tradition of the Midnight Trucking Radio Network. On the show, the duo engage
callers with the major issues of the day including current events,
legislation, popular culture, family issues, trucker news and information,
detailed national weather forecasts, safety tips and interviews with trucking
industry leaders.

“The Midnight Trucking Radio Network is the perfect compliment to the
breadth of programming available to truckers on XM’s Open Road,” said
Walter Kerner, General Manager, Vertical Markets (Truck, Marine, Commercial)
for XM Satellite Radio. “We’re pleased to add this institution in
trucking entertainment to our exclusive lineup, providing the
up-to-the-minute information and news that keeps truckers running safely and
efficiently down the highway.”

“This is a natural progression for the Midnight Trucking Radio Network,”
said Keri Korzeniewski, President and General Manager of WBAP Radio, Midnight
Trucking Radio Network’s flagship station. “The leading trucking content
provider can now be heard live on XM, the leading satellite provider. Drivers
will now be able to tune into one of the top trucking based programs on XM’s
Open Road channel wherever they might travel, anywhere across the nation.”

Also on October 8, the popular weekend program “ATBS Trucking Business &
Beyond with Kevin Rutherford” will be expanding to seven days a week. In
addition to its regular weekend timeslot, Saturday and Sunday, 4-7p.m. ET,
the program will also be heard nightly from 12a.m.-1a.m. ET prior to the
Midnight Trucking Radio Network.

Open Road is also the exclusive home to shows from America's most beloved
national trucking radio personalities Bill Mack, Dale "Truckin' Bozo" Sommers
and Dave Nemo. “Land Line Now,” America's first daily one-hour news
program produced for the professional driver hosted by Mark Reddig, is also
exclusively on XM.

XM radios are available nationwide from all major truck stops, truck dealers
and truck manufacturers.
