Mirrors

Well I cant make up my mind on what kinda tow mirrors to go with. I dont whether to get some like I got with just the heat or some like I got with the heat and signal, or to get a set of '08 tow mirrors before the price goes up again! Or just some opinions on general.

i just upgraded to those and love them. i wish the defrost and signal worked though. ive got an '02 and dont know how to wire it up

Did you get the factory OEM ones or ones like are in my link? Dont know if this link will help you? Its for the '08 tow mirrors but the wires in the truck should be the same.New Mirror installation Also here is this for the wiring inside a '03 model. Dont know how much different your '02 would be. For the heat you just gotta figure out which wire from the mirror is for the heat and run it to a switch on 12 volt wire or run them to a switch like I'm going to do. the ones i got were actually off an '03 excursion, but i cant imagine that itd be different. i'll have a look at those links. thanks!

The ones in that link where aftermarket and had some people tell me that the lens would viberate and other things so I went ahead and got the '08 mirrors.
