My guess is some kind of weight or counterbalance that is moveable. They were both awsome videos.

I think they steer them like that with independant brakes on each side.

Stop one side while moving and it will turn.

In America, we don't need trucks to cross obstacles like that.. we just build a bridge and say "screw it"
