mpg puttin' me in poor house

I have the same problem, but I have an early 99, 7.3, put on air cleaner, sct tuner, even changed my injection oil, and put hot shot to clean it out. have 210,000on her, and mpg is down. right now i'm using howes anti-gel, and idling for 20mins in the morning for defrosting. getting about 10mpg. is the idling the issue?? any insight? thanks in advance!!

Idling for 20 minutes in the morning will kill your mileage. Keep your foot out of it also.
