I have green light, other guy has red light. He stopped at red and then proceeded through it. He asked me if he had a red light and I said YES. He says, "I don't see well, I don't have my glasses." Oh well. Minor impact, no injuries, he's insured, I maintained composure and refrained from beating him. One witness stopped. Could have been much worse. Might get some touch ups done while it is in the shop. Gonna have to pry the door open, till it goes to the shop.
