Hey all new to the site had a question on this plug not sure if it goes to a bully dog or an edge if anyone know that would be awesome.

The programmers and monitors usually plug in to the OBD II port under the dash to the right of the column.That is some aftermarket harness I'm guessing. Probably a good idea to know where it goes. Can you contact the previous owner?
