nav system

hello everyone,
I have a 2008 f250 and wanted to buy a nav system from ebay anyone know how hard they are to put in?

It is an original ford in dash system cd/am/fm/nav.

Don't know about putting one one, however, the factory model that came in my '08 F250 Super Duty Long Bed Harley Davidson Signature Model works great, one sweet all-in-one navigation/entertainment system.
