NEED A FUEL TANK!!!!

I just bought a used 2003 f250 CC 4x4 short bed and have found the the fuel tank has been patched. No biggy, but the patch isn't holding and Ford wants $900 for a replacement!!

Is there anywhere other than the dealer where I can get a stock replacement tank? I have looked at the 47 gal TransferFlow tank. Its $700, but I really don't need that either.

I am going to look at the salvage yards next. Hoping I can find a decent one somewhere. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!
