Help Needed need guage connector pin assignments/wiring diag.

trying to get my brothers truck finished, but i need the pin outs for the guage cluster - 1988 f250 gasser, no tach. in the cluster.

Best I can do for you is a '95 but the wire colors are likely to have remained the same.

i dont care about wire colors, i need to know what each pin is for....power, ground, oil, temp, etc. if you have that info for a 95 it may be the same...?

ok heres' the stuff for a '95 there should be 3 connectors 2 are long skinny ones clips on the short side with 2 rows of 7 connectors and one connector that is shorter with 2 rows of 6 connectors and clip on the side.

The 12 pin connector is for the PSOM (spedo & Odometer if electronic)

With the pins facing you and clip to the top pins are numbered 1-6 on the top row from right to left pins numbered 7-12 right to left on the bottom row.

1 - battery input
2 - ground
3- hot in run
4- rear ABS signal input to PSOM
5 - Rear ABS signal return
6 - NOT USED
7 - Seed outp to instrument cluster, speed control amplifer to PCM
8 - NOT USED
9 - PSOM programming connector
10 - NOT USED
11 - NOT USED
12 - NOT USED


now to the two long connectors there should be a black and a grey one. Both have no real orientation and I can't tell from the pin diagrams if there is any specific way to tell one end from the other. pin number assignments start in the lower right corner and progress through an upside down "U" shape

Back connector
1 - LG/R - Charge indicator lamp
2 - GY/W - High beam indicator input
3 - BK - Ground
4 - DG/LG - fasten belt indicator input
5 - Y/W - fuel level input (with tach)
6 - LB/R - instrumtent cluster illumination input
7 - BK - ground
8 - W/LB - Right turn input
9 - W/PK - TACH INPUT SIGNAL
10 - BK/Y - tach ground (for 8 cyl gas only)
11 - LB/BK - low range indicator input
12 - LB - 4X4 indicator input
13 - R/Y - Power supply in Run and STart
14 - R/LG - Charge indicator Input

On to the Grey Connector

1 - BK/LB - Unique ground to gauges
2 - PK/LG - CEL input
3 - DG - ABS warning indicator input
4 - P/W - Brake warning indicator input
5 - DB/LG - Anti - theft indicator input
6 - Y/W - Fuel level input (W/O Tach)
7 - LG/W - Left turn input
8 - W/R - Oil Pressure input
9 - BK/LB - Unique Ground to Gauges
10 - R/W - Temperature Input
11 - NOT USED
12 - BK/Y - Air bag Indicator
13 - R/Y - Power to gauges hot in Start or Run
14 - NOT USED
