Need help with installing factory DVD into my 05X

My 05 X Eddie Bauer 6.0 (build date 08/05) did not come with the factory DVD system. I do have the 6 disc factory cd changer.

I just bought a factory DVD system from a 05 X through EBay and I need help with the install.

I know I can relocate the center A/C controls, but is the wire going to be long enough to move it to the left of the DVD screen?

Do I need to cut the headliner to install the DVD system?

Is the wiring and plug I need to get this thing working up in the roof or do I need to run a new wiring harness?

There are several holes for screws to go through and numerous clips that appear to slide into the roof somehow. Is the roof of my X ready to accept this factory DVD player or do I need to buy someting else?

Please advise of any tips or comments with this install.

not quite sure but everything should be there, wires ect. the way they build things now every thing uses the same wiring harnesses, but dont have the components unless ordered.
