Need to swap an auto into my 7.3

I have a 2001 7.3 1Ton 4x4 with a manual but but need to make it an auto. whats involved? This has to be done since the wife's MS is making a manual useless. what parts are needed besides the trans? drive shaft? TCM? wiring?

First I want to say sorry to hear about your wifes MS, know a little about all of the pain that goes along with it, also Welcome to SSD.com, glad to have you here.
The easy way to do it is to have a doner truck that you can take all of the parts off of.
