Towable with your setup is really a 62/65/70.
If you didn't have the big tires, you might be able to get away with a 64. How much are you looking at towing?

Towing no more than 9-10k at the most. Mostly 4 quads on a trailer or a 25ft travel trailer

10k is pushing the limit of a 64 but it is do-able for most. What are you rpm's at say 65?

well, i switched from the 40's to 38's and now at 65mph I at 2000rpm with the 4.88 gears.

I sent you a PM, but at that rpm, you can probably get away with a 64mm.
A 62 is a little better option for towing and oversized tires. But the 64mm should work and will have a higher top end. Just depends on what's more important.
