Your bronco looks small compared to the EX. Now by the looks of your picture all you got to do (As Dirk would say)get out the sawzall and BFH to fit it in the garage.

ok....the guy put a magnaflow exhaust system on the excursion ..... but didnt put any kind of air intake on... it not even a high flow filter.cant understand why. Any input on which air intake would be best?

It all depends on how deep your pockets are.Prices range from say $250 up.I prefer to build my own .(Tymar style)Whatever you do stay away from the K&N intakes as they are no good on the diesels from what I have read.
Of you do decide to DIY here are the parts you need:
Aluminized Steel Tubing 4" OD X 12"
Aluminized 45 Degree Elbow 4" ID/OD
Silicone Charge Air Cooler Hose 4"
Open-Body DuraLite Air Cleaner 4"
And a few 4" dryer vent hose clamps or constant tourque clamps and your done.
Or of course you could by one premade already :Powerstroke Intake System Option #3

I have the Superchips in my glovebox -it's yours if you want it. I only use it to pull codes. Better than nothing...
