New Shocks arrived today

I just received my new set of Ranchos for my '01 SD from the UPS driver . I am going to install this weekend. Since I only have 69K on the odometer, I am still running the OE shocks. I am hoping for some improvement .

Got them on today. Installation was a breeze. Took then time to lower the spare, clean the grime off it and check the air pressure. Now time for an extended road test .

I bought it new in '01 with 34 miles on it. It is primarily my hunting rig . I do not drive it much, except on trips to the beach or during hunting season. Starting this month, I will put about 4.5K of the annual 7K miles on it until deer season goes out here at the end of December. I will make one trip at least to the outer banks as well.

I pull a friends diesel tractor for him occasionally and use my car dolly to pull friends broken vehicles home for them.

I plan on keeping this truck for another 10 years or more.
