Finally got a couple stuff done today on the PSD.

1.) ISSPRO A-Pillar gauges. Pyro, Trans, Boost. Kit from RiffRaff Diesel.

2.) CCV vent mod

3.) 203 Thermostat with CAT ELC coolant

4.) degreased my intercooler, tubes, and boots. (oily and dirty from when i blew a trans line and the CCV oil) Gained 2 lbs of boost

Still got a clunk noise that I'm trying to find.

What kind of process did you go through to do that? Did you remove it?

yep, remove both turbo tubes, intercooler and boots. http://turboneticsinc.com/forum/turbos/6073dslincinstructs.pdf

Flush the tubes and the intercooler out with a STRONG almost 100% mix of simple green. (to get all the ccv oil out) Soak the boots and clamps in about a 50% mix of simple green.

Clean the outside of the tubes and intercooler with GUNK engine degreaser.

Let everything drain and dry. And reassemble.

I would put a vacuum cleaner, set on "blow", and blow out the intercooler for some time to get all of the water out.
