Not all diesels have glow plugs! the newer cummings have a fuel heater. or a heated fuel rail! Somebody please corect me if i`m wrong!

You are correct there are more Diesels without glow plugs than with. Most all larger Diesel engines such as those found in bigger trucks, equipment and farm tractors don't(Cummins, Cat, Detroit, ext..) Just the smaller engines like the PowerStroke have them.
