First off let me say, I have been visiting this forum for a couple of months and have gleaned some very useful information from your post. Thank you!
But now I have a small problem with my Edge Juice w/Atitude. My 1999 F-250 SD 7.3 usually runs fine with the Edge Juice on it, but last Saturday I shut my engine off and when I came back to restart it, it would just turn over and over and not fire. The wait to start light was working and all of the normal start lights were normal. It just would not catch, or fire. I didn't have tools with me and I was about five miles from home, so I didn't do much but just check connections. After about ten minutes it did restart. I got it home and my son suggested taking the Edge module off.
After disconnecting both batteries I disconnected the module, and have no problems with starting since. I don't know if disconnecting batteries would reset anything that could have caused the problem or not.
I called Edge Products and the rep suggested changing the fuel filter and trying it again, which I plan on doing when I can.
My question is; Anyone else have this problem? If so what was your solution? Anybody have suggestions?

A lot of times when the CPS goes TU, it won't throw codes so not finding one doesn't mean you can rule out a dying CPS.

A couple of questions:

1) When you're cranking the engine, does the tach needle move or is it still?

2) How old are the batteries/glow plugs/glow plug relay?

The tach needle does not move.
The batteries and glow plugs? unknown.
I have only had the truck since Sept.
I have read just about all of the posts on th CPS and that was my first thought.
I had one on order about three weeks ago but had some one order a new computer on our credit card and I couldn't complete the transaction.
