No High beams

1998 F-150 just got the truck. No high beams yes low beams No passing lights . Bulbs good no HB power to front of truck. All exterrior and interrior fuses are good. Interrior fuse #16 lights up when you try to turn on the HB So I am assuming that the multi function switch is OK. The truck manual list of relays does not match the relays in the exterior box. Any input Thanks Channing

My f-150 had no high beams and turn signals. The multi switch was bad.

Sounds like the switch to me also
