Howdy
I'm new to this forum
I own a 1994 ford 7.3 liter diesel
I've been having some issues with starting my van
both of my batteries are fully charged, but it will hardly turn the engine over
this is what I've tried so far
I just installed a new starter
cleaned all conections
replaced one ground cable
used jumper cables to bypass all the cables to test for bad cables
both batteries read 12.5 volts and it reads the same at the starter
but the meter on the dash only reads 8 volts
I'm at the end of my rope and don't know what to do
please help
Clint
