we have a truck that is running from what I am told "limp mode" we finally had a chance this morning to play again with the truck after {3 or 4months}a 1990 f 350 4x4 diesel automatic. we took out the dash and on pin 13,(connector to the tach) there is no volts. There is supposed to be 12 volts. can we jump that wire to get the 12volts when the key gets turned on ? Or do you know where that wire for pin#13 goes to? It runs about 8" then goes into a BIG wiring harness and we have no idea where it goes after that.
