i seem to be getting some noise from my turbo, between 0-5 psi of boost. took it to the dealer few months back for the same concern and they said turbo was fine. i did notice at that time, i could move the compressor wheel up and down about a 1/16 of an inch. to me it seems like the comp. wheel is hitting the housing. also the noise seem to have gotten worse after i did some exhaust work....
....from what research i have done, there should be no movement in the shaft that the comp. wheel is mounted too....the tech told me some movement is normal, i think it is excessive....does anybody have any ideas? might have to take it back in, but i will have too find the kitty first...
