I hate it when they tell you that. If they think the air filter needs replacing, I sometimes tell them that I'll take care of it, then got o Wal-Mart and buy a new one for much less than their price. Now that you mention the air filter, the $80 probably is about right. I think the usual price for Ford's oil changes are around $50.00. When you add the air filter and their charges for installing, it could add up to $80. Hope that's what it was and they're not ripping you off.
