Oil Cooler Repair

Anyone done one? Mine is leaking on the front side...just changed the oil, so I'll try to limp along until I can get the parts gathered up. What all do I need, just gaskets probably?

It's not too bad, but it is messy! Powerstrokeshop.com sells a kit with all the parts to do it, but here's the list:
