Oil Leak????

Well, I think I might have purchased someone else's problem. I have asked about the high pitched whistle and now I have an oil leak. Just to remind everyone, I bought a used 2008 Ford f250 with the 6.4L diesel. I have an appointment with Ford on Monday to have it checked out but I have a few questions. Since I bought the truck used is there anyway I can figure out if the truck is chipped or tuned? I have no information on this and do not wanna take it to ford if it is. Also, can someone get me an oasis on my truck. Will that tell me what has been done to the truck at a ford dealership? If somone can help me the VIN on the truck is 1FTSW21R58EB79425. You can go to any ford dealer and request an oasis report. It will tell you the complete service history of any work done by any Ford Dealership. I believe them to be free of charge.
