If the audio is transmitted to the stereo via FM modulator I want to say yes but at what distance it'll be short as a first guess.

If the truck has factory Satellite, it shouldn't. If you have a plug and play type receiver and have to tune into an FM station to get it, it will. And some units are stronger than others. I can leave my XM Roady 2 on in my truck, and play the stereo in my garage off the signal, 40-50 feet away. And on some aftermarket systems that are throwing alot of watts it can "step" on your signal, almost like a C.B. radio, if you know what I mean. Satellite is very entertaining but its not a perfect science yet.

I have heard of similar stories from Canada. Maybe it's too far north for great reception, the satelites aren't really aimed that far north? Sirius or XM? FM Modulated?
