Opinions on oils for my 99?

If you want to save a few dollars, get Delo or Motorcraft oil in a 5 gallon bucket.

Oh I aint by far bein cheap on my vehicles. Im a mechanic at a dealership and I keep my own stuff in tip top shape. I use oem stuff on all my vehicles and toys. I will just keep doin what im doin. I assume I should just get all my fluids from Ford? I need to changed the front and rear end oils too. What additives go in the rear and fronts?

I think keeping it changed regularly is more important than the brand. I use regular Rotella and am at 320 k.......and knock on wood, never had an engine issue.
