P132B Code Issues

2003 Ford 6.0L with dealer 06e17 flash

I installed a ATS Aurora 3000 Turbo (fixed vanes), Banks Intake, ATS tuner... after disconnecting the battery, the turbo tried to relearn and continues to through the P132B code. Mileage and power are suffering. Seems like the air fuel ratio is not correct.

ATS says I should contact SCT who provides their tuners.

Has anyone found a tuner that corects this issue with a fixed vane turbo? Or can I have the dealer uninstall the 06e17 flash?

Contact Tadd at Elite Diesel, they make and sell a custom, "thingy" ( electronics of some sort, sorry I cant remember the name) that eliminates the problem that you're having, they include it with all of their non VGT turbo upgrades, and might be willing to sell it to you seperatley, plus they do some of the best custom tunes for a 6.0 available, using a SCT of course
