I'm wanting to add an in-bed connection for my GN. I hate running the connector through the tailgate, down and around. Plus, if it's not perfect I have a problem of tearing up wiring harnesses.... 
Anyway, I had heard on the 08s that a number of manufacturers were having issues with these blowing fuses if you didn't disable the factory one.
I don't want to disable that one because I pull my single car trailer once a week and I'd hate to switch back and forth every time I hook up to the GN.
Has anyone heard of this issue? Have you heard of a solution/company with a solution to this? If so, what, who and where please!
