Photoshop elements 3.0

I posted this on OB but thought i would try here also.

Does anyone know where I can get a good tutorial on this program. I looked at the bookstore and there are about 50 books on it but i don't know which one is best. I even tried playing around with it to learn but I think it is a little to complicated for that. any help would be great.

Go a GOOGLING, no doubt there are several forums .
I wonder if they deliberatly make the learning curve steep?
I got elements with my new neg/slide scanner, but I use Photo-Impact, much friendlier.
