Pictures Missing in The WIKI

The pictures are missing in the article on "Installing the Upfitter Switches and High Idle".Does anyone know where I could view them? I can't find the mounting location for the relay box.I know that it goes behind and above the glove box. Seeing pictures of the mounting location of the relay box ,plastic pegs and ground wire would help. thanks
